2014年中国大学评价的创新与结果分析

摘要 科学的大学评价有利于促进我国高等教育的改革与发展。在以往评价实践基础上,本次评价研究从3个方面进行创新:优化科研产出评价,完善大学分类评价机制,注重大学社会声誉影响。对全国2427所高校的竞争力进行了评价,重点分析了地区教育竞争力排行榜、一流大学竞争力排行榜等8个榜单的结果。研究得出以下结论:我国高等教育发展不均衡,缩小地区差异需循序渐进;一流大学竞争激烈,重点大学的优势地位受到挑战;理工类高校优势明显,民族类、艺术类和体育类高校相对弱势。 Scientific university evaluation is fundamental to deepen the China higher education system reform. Based on previous evaluation practices, the research has innovation from 3 aspects: optimize evaluating of scientific out- put; improve the mechanism of evaluation by classification; emphasize more on University social reputation influ- ence. Evaluation was undertaken on 2427 higher education institutions. 8 particular ranking lists were analyzed spe- cifically including China education district competitiveness ranking, first-class university competitiveness ranking etc. The following conclusions were provoked.. China higher education development was heavily imbalanced and to narrow the gap requires time and patience; fierce competition exists among first-class universities and status of ma- jor universities is challenged; advantage of science and engineering universities is prevailing and weakness of ethnic, art or sport universities is obvious.
