关节式电分相处的弓网动态特性 被引量:7

摘要 根据高速综合检测列车接触网检测系统实测得到的我国高速铁路和既有提速线路弓网最大接触压力、最小接触压力、平均接触压力、接触压力标准偏差、接触压力极差和接触线高差等弓网动态特性参数,运用相关性分析和多因素综合评价方法研究不同类型关节式电分相处的弓网动态运行特性。结果表明:对于短分相类型关节式电分相,其弓网接触压力极差峰值出现在机车驶入方向的电分相锚段关节转换跨处;而对于长分相类型关节式电分相,在机车驶入、驶出方向的电分相锚段关节转换跨处均有弓网接触压力极差峰值出现;电分相处的弓网接触压力极差与接触线高差呈显著性正相关,因此在日常养护维修工作中需加强对锚段关节转换跨处等高点的调节,使其符合设计标准和相关技术规程的要求,从而显著改善弓网间的相互作用关系;由于6跨关节式电分相的弓网动态作用关系较为优良,建议在我国新建高速电气化铁路上优先采用。 According to the parameters of pantograph-catenary dynamic characteristics like the maximum contact force,the minimum contact force,the mean contact force,the standard deviation of contact force,the range of contact force and the height difference of contact wire which were inspected by the dynamic inspection system of high speed comprehensive inspection train on high speed railway and existing speed-increased railway in China,the dynamic characteristics of various articulated phase insulators were investigated by correlation analysis and multi-factor comprehensive evaluation.The result shows that,for short span models of articulated phase insulator,the peak value of the range of contact force occurs at the ingress of overlapping section.In the case of long span models,the peak value of the range of contact force occurs at both the ingress and egress of overlapping section.A significant positive correlation was found between the range of contact force and the height difference of contact wire.Therefore,strengthening the adjustment of the iso-height point of the contact wire of overlapping section as well as fitting for relevant designstandard and technical regulations will significantly improve pantograph-catenary interaction.However,the articulated phase insulator of six spans appears to have the best performance,therefore it is the preferred choice for domestic under-construction high speed electric railway.
