摘要
目的:探讨疏血通注射液治疗急性缺血性脑卒中的作用机制。方法:纳入125例急性缺血性脑卒中患者,均予以疏血通注射液治疗。治疗前后均检测患者血浆中凝血功能指标。结果:治疗组APTT、INR、Fib及NIHSS评分治疗前后比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:疏血通注射液可影响缺血性脑卒中患者的凝血指标。
Objective：To investigate the action mechanism of Shuxuetong injection on patients with ischemic cerebral in-farction. Methods：125 patients with ischemic cerebral infarction were included. Coagulation indexes of patients were de-termined by Sysmex CA-6000 pretherapy and posttreatment. Results：There were statistically differences between prethep-ary and posttreatment with respect to APTT,INR,Fib and NIHSS scores in treatment group. Conclusion：Shuxuetong in-jection has effects on coagulation indexes of patients with ischemic cerebral infarction.
