摘要
为了解高校图书馆参考咨询延伸服务读者需求,笔者于2013年6月13日~16日以问卷调查的方式对中山大学图书馆内的读者进行调查.调查结果表明,当前读者主要通过网络获取信息,他们对图书馆参考咨询服务的认知度较低,但他们希望图书馆能够开展参考咨询延伸服务,为他们解决信息检索、学期论文、毕业论文方面的问题.大多数学生愿意以学生助理或志愿者的身份参与到图书馆参考咨询延伸服务中来.
The author carried out a questionnaire survey among the student readers in the libraries of the four campuses of Sun Yat-sen University on the reader demand for the outreach for reference service from June 13th to 16th, 2013. The result indicates that student readers mainly acquire information through Internet at the current time and have little knowledge of reference service. However, they hope outreach for reference service could be of- fered by academic library so as to provide help on their information retrieval and writing of term paper and dis- sertation. In addition, most students would like to take part in the team of providing outreach for reference service as a student assistant or volunteer.
