基于模糊综合评价法的工地试验室评价研究 被引量:6

摘要 为提高工地试验室自检能力和政府监督评价能力,加强工地试验室的建设与管理、提高其运行质量、保证工程项目质量合格,本文对国道317线公路改建工程数个工地试验室的建设运营全过程进行实地调研,采用统计分析的方法,提出影响工地试验运营质量的各种影响因素,构建工地试验室运行质量的层次评价体系,并引进模糊综合评价法建立工地试验室多层次综合评价模型。运用此模型对国道317线某工地试验室运行质量评价,结果显示该试验室满足评价向量(优秀,良好,中等,较差)的符合度为(0.228,0.489,0.224,0.059),表明试验室运行质量评定等级为良好,与试验室运行状况符合,验证了该模型评价的有效性,可以为工地试验室自检及他检评价提供参考。 To enhance the self-test capability of sit laboratory and government oversight capabilities,strengthen the construction and operation of site laboratory,and improve the quality of laboratory operation and insure project quality,article conducts field research on the whole process of construction and operation on State Road 317 line's field laboratory,analyzes the entire process by statistical analysis method,presents the key factors which affect the quality of site laboratory,builds a evaluation system to operate the site laboratory,introduces fuzzy synthesis judgment and establishes multilevel fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of site laboratory.We evaluate the operational quality of a site laboratory in State Road 317 by the model and the result shows that the relevance which complies evaluation vector (excellent,good,moderate,poor) of the laboratory is (0.228,0.489,0.224,0.059),and the laboratory operators "good" quality level and in line with the truth,which demonstrates this method is effective and can provide a numerical evaluation for self-test and others detection of site laboratory.
