摘要 EST已成为治疗胆总管结石的首选方法。但对于直径较大的结石，单纯EST治疗风险高、操作时间长。Ersoz等首次报道了十二指肠乳头括约肌小切开联合大气囊扩张治疗巨大胆总管结石取得较好疗效。随后的研究也得出了相似的结论。本研究回顾性分析2008年5月至2012年7月我科收治的416例胆总管结石患者的临床资料，探讨影响十二指肠乳头括约肌小切开联合大气囊扩张取石术后急性胰腺炎发生的危险因素。
