塑造教师完美人格是现代社会和教师个人发展的需要 ,而主体性的形成是塑造教师完美人格的前提 ,创设适宜的环境是其基础 。
Creating the perfect personality of a teacher is the demand for both the development of the modern society and the teacher himself. The formation of the subject is the prerequisite in creating the perfect personality of a teacher, the supply of a proper environment for it is the basis and the strengthening of the self-cultivation of a teacher is the guarantee.
