摘要
应用流体动力润滑理论建立了圆盘挤压膜的动特性系数模型,并应用非线性数值计算方法对模型进行了求解,给出了一些特定参数下的挤压气膜动特性系数。分析了稳态膜厚、激励振幅以及激励频率对动特性系数的影响,发现激励参数对挤压气膜动特性影响显著。最后对超声挤压膜的静态刚度系数进行了测量,并和理论分析数值进行了比较,发现两者在数量级上一致。
The present paper established the models of dynamic characteristics of squeeze gas film by means of compressible gas hydrodynamic lubricating theory, and these models were solved by non- linear value methods. In order to understand the regularities of dynamic characteristics of the squeeze film, some values of dynamic characteristics of squeeze film at some specific cases were provided. The influences of the stead film thickness, excitation amplitude and frequency on the coefficients of dynam- ic characteristics were discussed. It is found that these influences are very significant. At last, an exper- iment for measuring static stiffness coefficient of squeeze film was carried out. The results were com- pared with the theoretical values,it is shown that they are consistent in magnitude. The conclusion of this paper can be as the foundation of ultrasonic squeeze bearin~ design.
