摘要
气体环流生化反应器的研究通常采用试验方法来进行,试验结果用一些宏观指标来评价,其方法和结果的局限性都较大数值模拟方法因其能更好地揭示宏观现象中的本质特性,而在许多领域得到应用本文简要说明了采用数值模拟方法用于气体环流生化反应器研究的目的和意义数值计算中,描述流体运动的方法有Lagrange方法和Euler方法两种,各有其优缺点,ALE(ArbitraryLagrangianEuler)方法是将Euler方法和Lagrange方法结合起来,既能处理畸变较大的流动,又能提供流体内部运动的细节,求解方法通用性较大文中介绍了ALE方法的特点和计算步骤,并采用ALE方法对安装了挡板的气体环流生化反应器的流场进行了三维数值计算和模拟,得到了分别有1块和3块挡板时,流场的发展情况。
The study on ALRs(Airlift Loop Reactors)is usually made by means of experiments, and the performances are estimated by the gas hold up, liquid circulation and mass transfer, etc. Therefore, the methods and results have their own limitations. Numerical simulation has been widely used due to its characteristic of opening out the essence more exactly. The purpose and significance of using numerical simulation to study ALRs are explained in the article. There are 2 ways to describe the fluid flow — Lagrange method and Euler method, both of which have their own advantages and disadvantages. ALE(Arbitrary Lagrange Euler) method synthetizes the advantages of the above two methods,as a result of which not only the aberrance flow could be managed, but also details in fluid could be offered. The characteristics and calculation process of ALE method are introduced in the article. Then the 3 D fluid flow is calculated and simulated, as a resulf of which a better understanding of fluid flow of baffles 1 and 3 is achieved. This study lays a basis for further researches.
