摘要
研究了潜土逆转旋耕被抛土垡质点与旋耕机曲面罩壳的碰撞机理,建立了碰撞数学模型和仿真模型,利用计算机在AUTOCADR14平台上,从运动学的角度进行了碰撞过程的动态仿真,分析了旋耕机曲面罩壳的结构参数与位置参数对潜土逆转旋耕工作效果的影响。
A study is made on collision of back throw soil with camber cover of latent soil for up cut rotary cultivation. Mathematics models and simulation models of the collision are set up. According to these models, dynamic simulation programs are edited by AUTOCAD and programming language AutoLISP. Based on the models dynamic images on computer are used to analyze both the collision and the influence of the camber cover of up cut rotary cultivation on the performance of throwing soil. An optimum design of the camber cover is theoretically provided. Dynamic simulation programs are adopted on computer to simulate the working process of JHF 130 straw chopper and to check its working result. It is proved that the actual working result of JHF 130 straw chopper is similar to that of the dynamic images on computer.
