摘要
根据低纬高原地区气候、土地等自然资源特点,经过多年生产实践和研究探索,从马铃薯茎尖剥离、组培苗生产、原原种生产、种薯生产等方面,总结并提出了适宜该类地区推广的马铃薯脱毒种薯标准化生产技术。其中,茎尖剥离从热处理、取材和消毒、剥离和接种、培养4个方面进行分析;组培苗生产从培养基制备、培养基及硫酸纸灭菌、无菌接种、组织培养4个方面进行分析;原原种生产从苗床准备、脱毒苗移栽、田间管理、采收4个方面进行分析;种薯生产从选地整地、种薯准备、科学播种、田间管理、适时收获5个方面进行分析。
Abstract According to climatic and land conditions on low-latitude plateau, stanclardized proctuctlon tecnnology oz virus-tree potato seeds was summarized from the pempectlves of stem apex stripping, tissue culture, original seed production, and potato seed production. Stem apex stripping was analyzed from the perspectives of heat treatment, sampling and sterilization, stripping and inoculation, culture ; tissue culture was analyzed from the perspectives of medium making, sterilization of medium and parchment paper, aseptic inoculation, and tissue culture ; origi- nal seed production was analyzed from the perspectives of nursery preparation, transplanting of virus-free seedling, field management, harvest ; potato seed production was analyzed from the perspectives of land preparation, potato seed preparation, scientific sowing, field management, and timely harvest.
