摘要
文章研究了尼龙6溴、氮、锑三元阻燃体系,非离子表面活性剂复合抗静电体系及经过表面处理的导电炭黑抗静电体系,并考察了阻燃、抗静电剂间的相互作用,确立了尼龙6的双抗体系。并制得阻燃性能达到MT113-90标准、表面电阻小于3×108Ω的尼龙6材料。
The Br, N, Sb-containing composite flame-retardant system, the non-ionic surface active agents composite antistatic system and conductive carbon black (CB) antistatic system for nylon-6 were studied in this paper. The surface treating of CB,preparing of the flame-retardant master batch,and action between the flame retardants and antistatic agents were discussed. The nylon-6 materials were prepared with the flame-retardent property reaching the standard MT113-90 (China) and surface resistivity being lower than 3 ×108 Ω.
