摘要
在保证重型机床基础刚度足够的前提下 ,应用结构优化技术 ,研究了以优化机床基础尺寸参数来降低机床基础浇注成本的问题 .提出了二维和三维模型的机床基础优化参数及其优化方法 ,并用上述模型对不同负载和不同刚度情况下的机床基础进行了优化分析 .应用非线性无约束的优化技术 ,结合有限元计算 。
The dimensions of the heavy duty machine tool foundation are optimized in order to decrease its cost and keep enongh rigidities at the same time.The optimized parameters of the machine tool foundation and their processing methods are presented. The machine tool foundation is optimized according to its various loadings and rigidities and its two/three dimension math model. Combining the nonrestrictive and nonlinear optimizing method with the finite element analysis,the optimum design can be obtained.
