摘要
美国在基础教育课程改革的过程中,越来越重视STEM教育,甚至将其视作一种国家战略。值得注意的是,STEM教育的推进不仅仅是教育体制内的事情,更牵涉了广大社会力量的参与,以"变革方程"为首的一批民间组织机构在推动STEM教育的过程中扮演了极为重要的角色,是衔接政府、社会力量与学校教育的重要桥梁。"变革方程"的产生发展、目标定位、STEM教育项目数据库、STEM教育评估,都非常有特色,对我国开展STEM教育均具有一定的启示意义,例如:课程实施层面需要在既有课程框架下努力开拓STEM教育的机会,并充分挖掘信息技术的教育功能,在组建联盟方面需要发挥政府的主导作用,在课程内容开发方面需要努力做到项目化,在教育评估方面应尽早启动建设全国性的质量监测体系。
The United States is paying more and more attention to STEM education during the process of basic education curriculum reforms. Evenly, STEM education is regarded as a national strategy. It's worth noting that the promotion of STEM education not only involves the system of education, but also involves the participation of social forces, such as some third-parties led by Change the Equation (CTEq) are playing an important role to promote STEM education in the US, which are an important bridge among government, society forces and school education. The development, goals, STEMworks Database and Vital Signs of CTEq may have some enlightenment to STEM education in our country. This article aims at concluding some experience and enlightenments such as seeking opportunities, establishing coalitions, developing STEM programs and evaluating to promote multi-directional development of STEM education in China from CTEq's.
