摘要
全面推进素质教育是当前我国各级各类教育的重要任务，也是培养创新人才，迎接知识经济挑战和参与国际竞争的需要。高等师范院校在全面推进素质教育中负有特殊的历史使命，必须从教育目标，基本途径和教育方法等方面进行全面改革，为社会主义培养高素质的人才。
An all - round promotion of makings upbringing is now an important task for different types of education and for education on different levels in our country. It is also required to bring up creative talents to meet the challenge of knowledge economy and to join in international competitions. Teachers colleges and universities, which shoulder a special historic mission,must carry out overall reforms in educational objective, in fundamental channels and in educational methods so as to bring up highly quatified talents for socialism.
