摘要
借鉴国内外成功经验,对如何进行安装工程监理进行了探讨,详细阐述了安装工程监理的方法和措施,指出加强事前和事中控制,把好安装质量验收关,制定相应的监理工作制度和协调机制是确保安装工程监理工作效果的关键。
In view of successful experiences from home and abroad, this paper discussed how to carry on the installation engineering supervision, elaborated in detail the methods and measures of installation engineering supervision, pointed out that strengthening the beforehand and during control, well done installation quality acceptance, formulated corresponding supervision work institution and coordination mechanism was the key to ensure the effect of installation engineering supervision work.
