长壁工作面过空巷顶板稳定性动态特征研究 被引量:33

摘要 以国内某大型矿井工作面过空巷为工程背景,在分析工作面顶板物理模型的基础上建立其稳定性力学模型,分析顶板稳定性和煤柱稳定性的关系,并通过数值计算和现场观测验证。研究表明相同条件下采高越大、控顶距越大,工作面顶板下沉量越大;工作面过空巷顶板稳定性受煤体支撑力和工作面支架支撑的影响,煤体的支撑能力又影响着顶板结构的稳定;工作面过空巷应提前使工作面与空巷走向保持倾斜、并尽量降低采高,对空巷两帮采用玻璃钢锚杆支护煤体以提高煤体承载能力,在工作面临近时采用液压支柱支护顶板。 Taking a large domestic coal mine working face crossing abandoned roadway as the engineering background, and the stability mechanics model is set up based on the analysis of working face roof physical model. On the basis of analysis of roof stability and the stability of coal pillar, and through numerical calculation and on - site observation, research shows that the greater of mining height and control distance from the top is, the greater of the roof subsidence is under the same conditions ; the stability that working face passes through abandoned roadway is affected by coal body support and face support, supporting capacity and properties affect the stability of the roof structure; working face crossing abandoned roadway should keep working face and the abandoned roadway trend to tih in ad- vance, and try to reduce the mining height broken ; FRP bolt support should be used for two walls of abandoned roadway in order to improve the bearing capacity of coal, hydraulic pillar is used to support roof when working face is close to abandoned roadway.
