摘要
我国农业要适应农业科技的发展以及农业可持续发展 ,需要具备高素质的农业科技人才。培养具有开拓创新精神的农业现代化所需的人才就成为 2 1世纪高等农业院校人才培养的方向。高等农业院校要从创新意识的增强。
If agriculture in China is to be in parallel with the modern Agricultural science and technology and to keep a sustainable development, we must have more agricultural intellectuals. Thus, one of the most important tasks for higher agricultural colleges is to train a large number of talented persons with creative thought to modernize our agriculture in the new century. In order to develop the college students innovative ability, we should activate their awareness to innovation, strengthen their professional ideology and train their humane spirit.
