摘要
采用DNA测序的方法对角倍(Schlechtendalia chinensis)5个种群共44个个体进行遗传多样性分析,测定其线粒体基因(Mitochondrial DNA)Cytb,COI,COII三个片段,实验共获得联合序列1522碱基对(bp),遗传多样性分析显示角倍遗传多样性水平低,各种群的单倍型在系统聚类树中基本表现出一种平行式的分布格局,没有按地理分布形成明显的簇群。通过研究角倍群体的遗传结构,为其遗传多样性的保护提供基础性的资料。
