摘要
根据胶束增溶增敏作用 ,以β-环糊精为胶束试剂 ,测定了蛇床子中蛇床子素的含量。蛇床子素的线性范围为 2× 1 0 -8～ 8× 1 0 -7g/m L,检出限为 1 .89× 1 0 -10 g/m L,平均回收率为 98%。
The fluorescence enhancement of osthol by forming inclusion complex with β cyclodextrin was utilized for determination of osthol contents in frainus chinensis roxb. The linear range of determination, the detect limit and the average recovery of oshtol are 2×10 -8 ～8×10 -7 g/mL,1 89×10 -9 g/mL,98%,respectively.
