以既存建筑的内部功能空间属性与使用价值属性为出发点,阐述了城市既存建筑的改造原则,并通过实际案例,说明了既存建筑及其材料再利用的改造方案,对既存建筑的可持续发展具有重要意义。
From the internal functional space attributes of existing building and its utility value, the paper illustrates the reconstruction principle for the urban existing buildings, and indicates the reconstruction scheme for the existing scheme and the recycling of their materials according to the factual cases, so it is meaningful for the sustainable development of existing buildings.
