摘要
研究显示,参与不同运动项目的大学生人格特质与对照常模存在显著性差异,不同运动技能项群项目间人格特质具有项群趋向性特征。高校应通过建立各种类型体育心理常模、不断完善心理监护测量工具、广泛拓展不同运动项目的心理教育功能、体育课程引入不同运动项群项目的副项配置、提高体育教师心理素质、开辟多元化教育途径等措施逐步实现体育运动塑造大学生健全人格的功能。
The study shows that there is a distinctive difference on the P,E,N,L scales of students who joining different events by comparing with the reference norm of normal students. Tendency exists in the personality traits by joining different sport skill event-group. It is recommended that colleges should further build a scientific and healthy education mechanism,consummate their psychological caring measuring tools for college students,foster the self-awareness for PE teacher to shape students' sound personality,experiment the cross allocation of different event-groups in physical education.
