摘要
教师流动蕴含着强烈的伦理价值追求。由于多元利益冲突及其他种种原因,我国教师流动在实践中存在着功利性肆虐、工具理性张扬和教师参与失语等伦理困境。为实现教师流动伦理的回归,我国教师流动要做到功利性与超功利目标的契合、价值理性与工具理性的整合、他者谋划与主体参与的融合。
Teacher shift contains a strong ethical value. Since multiple conflicts ot interest and omer reasons, teacher shift in our country exist utilitarian raging, tool rationality publicity, teachers' participation in aphasia and other ethical dilemma. For the return of teacher shift ethics, teacher shift in our country to achieve the utilitarian and super utilitarian goals fit,value rationality and tool rationality integration,other planning in integration with the main body participation.
