摘要
介绍了人造六方金刚石的形成机理,指出这是一种在强大冲击压强下六方晶石墨转变为六方晶金刚石的无扩散相变过程,类似于钢中的马氏体相变。介绍金刚石织构体与共生晶体形成原理。叙述了六方金刚石的特点及其在表面技术中的应用。
The formation mechanism of artificial hexagonal crystal diamond was introduced in this paper.This is a diffusionless phase transformation of hexagonal graphite to hexagonal diamond same as martensite transformation in steels.The formation principle of the diamond texture and intergrowth crystal were described.The character of hexagonal diamond and its application in surface science and techniques were described.
