摘要
目的探讨一种针对地震伤情的编码方法,以提高救援和统计分析的效率。方法以汶川和玉树地震救援资料为基础数据库,对其中的诊断记录进行分析和构成统计,将涵盖其中绝大部分的诊断名称挑选出来,结合ICD-10的代码表示,再按照解剖部位的不同,构建由4位数类目、5位数亚目构成的地震伤病编码。结果将该编码应用于救援现场的记录,既能提高救援效率,又能确保信息的准确性。结论在该编码的基础上可进行快速统计分析,构建伤病谱模型,为救援决策支持提供有力依据。
Objective We intended to explore a decoding method for earthquake casualty statistics,in order to improve the effi ciencies of rescue and statistics.Methods Taking Wenchuan and Yushu earthquakes as a base database,we analyzed their diagnose records statistically.A 4 digit class and 5 digit sub-class earthquake disease coding system was constructed from most of diagnose items,in combination with ICD-10 code expression.Results With the application of this coding system to record situations on earthquake rescuing fi eld,the rescuing effi ciency and data accuracy can be both improved.Conclusion This earthquake disease coding system could implement statistical analysis swiftly,get a disease profi le mode and provide support for the rescue decision.
