摘要
目的研究浆细胞性乳腺炎的超声图像特点及诊断价值。方法对122例经手术病理证实的浆细胞性乳腺炎患者的彩色多普勒超声结果与病理结果进行比较分析。结果超声诊断符合率为96%。结合超声图像与病理结果,将患者病理类型分为单纯导管扩张型5例、囊肿型17例、实性团块型37例、囊实混合型43例和脓肿型20例。结论超声对浆细胞性乳腺炎分型准确,可为临床治疗提供可靠的依据。
Objective To explore the features and diagnostic value of ultrasound images of plasma cell mastitis. Methods The color Doppler ultrasound images of 122 patients with plasma cell mastitis were compared with the pathologic results. Results The diagnostic accordance rate of color Doppler ultrasound images was 96%. According to the combination of ultrasonic images and pathological results, the pathologic types of 122 patients were divided into ductal ectasia type, cyst type, solid lump type, cystic-solid mixture type and abscess type. Conclusion The pathologic types of plasma cell mastitis can be classiifed accurately with color Doppler ultrasound, which can provide reliable information for clinical therapy.
