摘要
在智能交流接触器智能控制系统和平面镜辅助成像技术的基础上,提出了基于单目高速摄像机采集智能交流接触器动态过程的序列图像,进行智能交流接触器三维动态特性测试的方法。从图像序列中检测识别智能交流接触器运动部件的特征标记点,动态跟踪特征标记点的位姿,从而对智能交流接触器动作机构动态过程进行全方位的测试与分析。该测试技术与分析方法对智能交流接触器运动的智能控制、样机优化设计的研究意义重大。
Based on the intelligent AC contactor control system and the auxiliary plane mirror imaging system, a special dynamic process of intelligent AC contactor testing method is proposed by collecting sequence images of the dynamic process of AC contactors with a monocular high-speed camera. By detecting and identifying feature points on moving targets of AC contactors from the image sequence, and dynamically tracking feature point position changes, the action mechanism with dynamic process of intelligent AC contactors is comprehensively tested and analyzed. The measuring technique and the analysis method have far-reaching significance for intelligent control and prototype optimization design ofAC contactors.
