摘要
为切实防范开采残余煤柱矿井瓦斯灾害事故,通过对开采残余煤柱矿井现状及类型进行调查,分析其在开采过程中存在煤与瓦斯突出、有害气体中毒等隐蔽致灾因素,提出通过限采关闭政策、准确查清煤柱影响范围及保护关系、提高风险防控等级、强化自然发火管理和监督执法等多项对策措施。
To prevent the occurrence of gas disasters during extracting the residual coal pillars, analysis was made on the hidden hazard factors such as the coal and gas outburst, the harmful gas poisoning and others in the extraction process of residual coal pillars through the investigation on the present situation and type of the mines extracting residual coal pillars, a number of preventive measures were proposed, including the policy of limiting mining and shutting down mines, making accurate clear of the influence range and protective relation of the coal pillar, improving the risk prevention and control level, strengthening the management, supervision and law enforcement of spontaneous combustion and so on.
