综放沿空留巷巷旁充填体宽度对其稳定性影响规律试验研究 被引量:7

Experimental Study on Influence Regulation of Packing Body Width of Gob- side Entry Retaining in Fully- mechanized Top- coal Caving Face on Its Stability

摘要 综放沿空留巷具有煤层厚、留巷断面大、顶板为煤层等特点,这些特点导致综放沿空留巷围岩变形量大,因此需要研究留巷的稳定性及围岩的应力应变规律。采用大比例尺相似模拟试验台对王庄煤矿综放沿空留巷进行相似模拟,通过分析顶板断裂位置、端头不放顶煤长度、充填体的宽度、顶板和两帮的变形,确定合理的相关参数,以达到充填体稳定、留巷效果好的目的。 The gob-side entry retained in the fully-mechanized top-coal caving face has the features of thick coal seam, large cross section, coal seam as roof and so on, these features often cause large deformation of the rock around the gob-side entry retained in the fully-mechanized top-coal caving face, so it is necessary to study the stability of the gob-side entry and the stress-strain regularity of its surrounding rock. Analogy simulation was carried out on the gob-side entry retained in the fully-mechanized top-coal caving face in Wangzhuang Mine with the large scale simulation test stand. Through the analysis of the position of roof rupture, the un-caved top-coal length in the fully mechanized top-coal caving face, the width of filling belt and the deformation of roof and two rib-sides, rational parameters were determined and the stable filling belt and good result of gob-side entry were achieved.
