摘要
烧结烟气脱硫制得的硫酸往往呈现黑褐色,为了找到硫酸变色的原因,为脱硫硫酸的应用提供参考和指导,本文对硫酸显色成因进行了分析和实验验证。结果表明,生产过程中,有机物(有机脱硫剂)与浓硫酸反应生成了深褐色物质;来自烟气的少量粉尘溶于硫酸后生成金属离子,金属离子与有机物络合生成了黑色物质,从而加深了脱硫硫酸的颜色;采用活性碳吸附,可以去除脱硫硫酸的颜色。
The sulfuric acid made from sintering flue gas desulphurization often appears dark brown. In order to find the discoloration cause of the sulfuric acid and to provide reference and guidance for the application of sulfuric acid, the analysis and experiments were made. The results show that, the organic materials (organic desulfurizer) reacts with the concentrated sulfuric acid to form a kind of dark brown substance. Small amount of flue dust is dissolved in the sulfuric acid, producing metal ion, which reacts with organic materials in complexation and generates the black substance, thus the color of desulfurization sulfuric acid is darkened. The color of the desulfurization sulfuric acid can be removed with the activated carbon adsorption.
