摘要
银行支付清算体系是一国金融市场必需的基础条件。但我国目前的银行支付清算系统还不能适应多成份商业银行结算的需要 ,必须建立中央银行全国资金清算系统。
The clearing accounts system of bank's payment is the fundamental condition of financial market of a nation.However,at present the clearing accounts system of bank’s payment of our country still couldn't fit in with the needs of commercial bank's which have numerous ingredients.Therefore must establish the clearing accounts system for assets of the whole country by central banks.
