摘要
研究了不同配比ZnO-Al2O3陶瓷电阻率变化规律及小电流(100mA^1A)下伏安特性,最小非线性系数为1.10(掺入Al2O3摩尔分数为2.0%)。采用无毒环氧树脂封装样品,2ms方波脉冲冲击。在高能脉冲冲击下,电阻值从2.8Ω减小到0.89Ω,能量密度为887.8J/cm3。
The resistivity disciplinary and I-V property of ZnO-A12 O2 ceramics resistor doped with different con- tents of Alz Oa was introduced. ZnO-A12 03 ceramics doped with 2 %Al2O3 (mole fraction) had the minimum non-lin- earity coefficient of 1.10 at a little current(100 mAul A). The samples encapsulated by non-toxic epoxy resin were withstanding against 2 ms high-energy pluses. It was found that resistivity of ZnO-A12 O2 ceramics resistor decreased from 2.8 Ω · cm to 0.89 Ω· cm and the energy density was 887.8 J/cm^3.
