网络经济下的企业组织可能在如下几个方面发生变化 :企业组织结构将趋于扁平 ,企业组织规模将趋向两个极端 ,企业组织的边界将趋于模糊和虚拟 。
Under internet based economy the following changes will occur to enterprise organization:the structrue of enterprise organization will become flat,the scales of enterprises tend to go extremes in opposite direction,the boundary of enterprise tend to become obscure and virtual.The design of positions in the enterprise organization will tend to be team oriented.
