摘要
随着我国经济的增长 ,科技、文化的发展 ,加入WTO的日期临近 ,进一步加强对知识产权的保持已日趋紧迫。
Facing the stage of Chinas entering into WTO,economic growth and S&T development demands further protection for intellectual property right.This paper puts forward some suggestions under the situations of intelectual property right in Zhejiang Province.
