右美托咪定对老年腹腔镜胆囊切除患者围术期肾功能的影响 被引量：5

摘要 目的观察右美托咪定对老年腹腔镜胆囊切除患者围术期肾功能的影响。方法将50例老年腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者随机分右美托咪定组(D组)和安慰剂组(P组),D组接受4h的右美托咪定输注,P组患者接受相同时间相同容量的0.9%氯化钠注射液。记录两组患者输注后4和12h的尿量,以及术前、术后第1天和第3天的血肌酐和内生肌酐清除率。结果两组诱导后4及12h尿量差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。两组术后第1天及术后第3天血肌酐及内生肌酐清除率差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论右美托咪定能增加老年腹腔镜胆囊切除患者围术期的尿量、降低血肌酐及增加内生肌酐清除率。
