文章认为“民族企业”属于生产关系范畴 ,同时也是一种产权概念 ,它既是一个政治概念 ,又是一个经济概念。基于这种认识 ,我们认为企业国际竞争福利经济学分析的特殊性是保护民族企业的理论依据。同时 。
