摘要
利用 30L全自动搅拌式发酵罐研究了驯化后的苏云金芽孢杆菌Bt菌株在只添加少量营养物质的味精厂高浓度有机废水中的发酵特性并进行了生物毒性测定。结果表明该技术在有效处理味精废水的同时还可大量发酵生产经济效益和社会效益均良好的无公害生物农药 ,具有较高的工业应用价值。
The fermentation of Bacillus thuringiensis(Bt) utilizing the glutamate wastewater as media rich in protein for producing Bt insecticides was studied in the reactor with mechanical agitation by supplement of some nutrients and Bioassay was performed against cotton boll wormer Heliothis armigera to test toxicity of the fermentation liquor. The result of the bioassay indicated that the toxicity of the fermentation liquor of Bt in the wastewater was close on the toxicity of the fermentation liquor of Bt in normal fermentation media. But the course of fermentation was generally prolong for hours when utilizing glutamate waste liquors as a organic substrate for producing Bt bio insecticides. This technology could be applied to treat other wastewaters rich in organic matters.
