闭合复位经皮钢针固定儿童前臂远端骨折的临床效果

摘要 目的:探讨闭合复位经皮钢针固定儿童前臂远端骨折的临床效果。方法:回顾性分析2010年1月-2012年1月笔者所在医院收治的36例前臂远端骨折患儿的临床资料,所有患儿均在C型X线机透视下行闭合复位,采用克氏针内固定和辅以前臂石膏托外固定治疗,随访1年,观察其临床疗效。结果:36例患儿经手术治疗后,随访1年,患肢均未出现畸形,平均腕关节功能评分为(2.50±1.35)分。有1例患儿发生不良反应,主要是针道感染,给予口服抗生素以及局部消毒后,症状消失,恢复正常。结论:对前臂远端骨折患儿行闭合复位经皮钢针固定,操作方法简单,创伤小,固定可靠,同时并发症少,值得临床推广。
