摘要
指出了工程建设计划管理中常用的横道图法和关键路径法的优缺点。以广州市环卫行业发展计划和大坦沙垃圾焚烧厂的建设为例,运用计划评审技术(PERT),在确定关键工程和关键工序的同时,用概率论和数理统计方法计算出不同时限下完成计划的概率,为发展计划的制定和工程建设进程的管理提供了科学依据。
Generally used methods of bar chart and critical path in project management were analyzed and summarized. Guangzhou city's environmental sanitation developping plan and garbage incinerating plant of Datansha were taken for examples, critical project and wokshop section were determined, and probability of the plan accomplished in different period was calculated, scientific basis for management of project proceeding was provided.
