微创桥接钢板治疗四肢骨折体会 被引量:6

摘要 目的:探讨四肢出现骨折的患者采用微创经皮桥接钢板技术治疗的效果,为四肢骨折的临床治疗以及微创桥接钢板技术的使用提供理论参考依据。方法:选取本院2009-2012年收治的90例四肢骨折的患者的康复情况进行回顾性分析,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和治疗组各45例,对照组采用传统治疗方法治疗;治疗组采用经皮微创桥接钢板术治疗。对所有患者的治疗康复情况随访1年,比较两组患者的治疗效果、术后并发症发生率和骨折痊愈时间。结果:对照组术后并发症发生率明显高于治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组患者骨折痊愈时间明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组的治愈率高于对照组,但两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:微创桥接钢板固定治疗四肢骨折疗效显著,可以明显减少手术并发症,缩短患者痊愈时间,值得临床上推广。 Objective: To investigate clinical effect of invasive percutaneous bridge plating techniques in limbs fracture patients and provide theoretical basis of application of invasive percutaneous bridge plating techniques.Method: The rehabilitation of 90 patients with Limbs fracture were analyzed retrospectively from 2009 to 2012 in our hospital, they were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group, 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with the traditional treatment method, the treatment group was treated with invasive percutaneous bridge plating techniques. Rehabilitation of circumstances in all patients were followed up one year, the incidence of postoperative complications and fracture healing time between the two groups were compared.Result: The incidence of postoperative complications of the control group was significantly higher than the treatment group, the difference was statistically significant ( P〈0.05 ) .Patients with fracture healing time of the treatment group was significantly less than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05) iThe cure rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group, but no significant differences between the two groups ( P〉0.05 ) .Conclusion: Invasive percntaneous bridge plating techniques in limbs fracture patients has obvious effect, can reduce complications and shorten recovery time, it is worthy of clinical promotion.
