摘要
传统认为,中医郁证理论的形成及演变是一个线性发展的过程。然而运用知识考古学的方法,对中医郁证理论的沿革进行历史考察,发现郁证理论经历了从《黄帝内经》的"五郁"到朱丹溪的"六郁",明清医家在此基础上阐发形成独立的"郁证",再到当代中医内科学重构的"郁证"的演变过程。廓清这一理论体系的构建过程,对于研究中医郁证理论,探讨中医学理论发展规律都具有促进意义。
The evolution of the melancholia theory in TCM was traditionally considered as a linear process. However, with the method of the archaeology of knowledge, we can find that the melancholia theory historically went from ＇Five kinds of depression syndrome＇ in Huangdi＇s Cannon of Internal Medicine to ＇Six kinds of depression syndrome＇ proposed by ZHU Dan-xi, then to separate ＇depression syndrome＇ during Ming and Qing dynasties, and finally to a newly refactoring ＇depression syndrome＇ in TCM internal medicine. Clarifying the construction of the theory is conducive to the research into the melancholia theory in TCM and the law of the TCM develooment.
