摘要
研究了纯棉机织衬布的超低甲醛树脂防缩整理.探讨了树脂用量、催化剂用量、甲醛捕捉剂用量、焙烘时间及温度等因素对整理效果的影响.结果表明超低甲醛树脂整理的最优工艺为:树脂70 g/L,催化剂氯化镁7 g/L,乙烯脲1 g/L,80℃预烘4 min,160℃焙烘120 s.整理后衬布的甲醛含量为18.9 mg/kg,白度为88.31,撕破强力保留率为88.3%,经向水洗尺寸变化率为-0.40%,纬向水洗尺寸变化率为-0.40%.
The shrink-proof finishing using ultra-low formaldehyde resin on the cotton woven fusible interlining was studied. The influence of dosage of resin finishing agent, catalyst and formaldehyde catching agent, curing time and temperature were probed. The results showed that the optimum conditions are dosage of resin 70 g/L, magnesium chloride hexahydrate 7 g/L, imidazolidinone 1 g/L, pre-dried at 80 ℃ for 4 min, cured at 160 ℃ for 120 s. The formaldehyde content of the finished interlining fabric is 18.9 mg/kg, the whiteness is 88.31, the retention rate of tearing strength is 88.3%, the shrinkage rate of warp direction is -0.40% and weft direction is -0.40%.
