摘要
后危机时代的国际市场,由于技术性贸易壁垒(TBT)具有数量控制和价格控制的双重作用,使其俨然成为各国贸易保护措施的主要手段。技术性贸易壁垒已经严重影响福建省产品出口,给福建的出口形势带来严峻的挑战。以发展外向型经济为主的福建,应积极主动应对技术性贸易壁垒。
As the technical barriers to trade （TBT） have a dual function of quantity control and price control, the interna tional market of the post--crisis era makes it a major means of trade protection. Technical barriers to trade have the seriously affected the export of Fujian products, bringing about severe challenges. Given priority to developing export--oriented econ- omy, Fujian should positively respond to and actively cope with technical harriers to trade.
