摘要
残疾人远程教育把远程教育形式融入残疾人教育,增加了残疾人接受高等教育机会,成为改善残疾人教育重要途径。目前,残疾人远程教育历程尚短,处在起步和初级阶段。残疾人远程教育实践启示:依托电大发展残疾人远程教育是有效渠道,要建立以政府为主导的残疾人远程教育事业发展机制,构建有特色符合实情的残疾人远程教育模式,推进残疾人现代信息技术手段应用。
Distance education can expand the opportunities for the disabled to receive higher education, and has also become an important way to improve the education for the disabled. Now, the process of the dis- tance education for the disabled is short and is still at the beginning and the primary stage. We should develop the type of distance education by depending on the Radio and Television Universities, establishing the govern- merit - leading mechanism, constructing a distinctive and realistic development pattern, and promoting the ap- plication of modem information technology methods.
