摘要
以span-60和tween-40配制而成的不同HLB值复合乳化剂研究不同HLB值及不同复合乳化剂添加量对薯蓣皂苷在水中分布的影响。通过单因素试验考察了HLB值与薯蓣皂素在水提取物及水提取物上清液中含量的关系,并考察不同复合乳化剂添加量与薯蓣皂素在水提取物及水提取物上清液中含量的关系。结果显示HLB值在4~12范围内,HLB值为8的乳化剂对用水提取的薯蓣皂苷的增溶作用最强;HLB值在12~15.6范围内,HLB值为15.6的乳化剂对用水提取的薯蓣皂苷增溶作用最强;HLB值在4~15.6范围内,HLB值为15.6的乳化剂对用水提取的薯蓣皂苷增溶作用最强;HLB值在4~15.6范围内,乳化剂对水提取薯蓣皂苷离心后的上清液中皂苷浓度影响不大;HLB值为8和15.6的复合乳化剂添加量为1.5%时,对薯蓣皂苷在水提物及水提物上清中增溶效果最好。
Effect of different HLB value composite emulsifiers which was prepared by span-60 and tween-40 and emulsifier amount ondioscin distribution in waterwere investigated. The relationships between the HLB value and content of diosgenin in water extract and water extract supernatant, and between the different amount of emulsifiers and content of diosgenin in water extract and water extract supernatant were examinedthrough the single factor experiments. The results showed as follows:whenHLB value was in the 4 to 12 range, there was the strongestdioscinsolubilizationin water extraction for HLB value of 8 compositeemulsifier.WhenHLB value was in the 12-15.6 range, there was the strongestdioscinsolubilization in water extraction for HLB value of 15.6 composite emulsifier .When HLB value was in the 4-15.6 range, there was thesolubilization strongest dioscinin water extraction for HLB value of 15.6 composite emulsifier.WhenHLB value was in the 4-15.6 range, there was not obvious impact on dioscin concentration in the supernatant fluid after centrifugation of water extraction for composite emulsifier. Composite emulsifiers with HLB value of 8 and 15.6 that content was 1.5 % had the bestsolubilization effect on dioscin in the water extraction and supernatant of water extraction.
