摘要
钛镍合金以其良好的生物相容性,不仅广泛应用于被人们所熟知的骨科和口腔科,还广泛应用于其他临床科室。介绍了钛镍合金植入件在以下临床治疗中的应用及其优点:①室间隔缺损封堵器治疗室间隔缺损和冠状动脉支架精确定位辅助系统治疗冠状动脉开口病变;②治疗颅内血管狭窄;③治疗下腔静脉阻塞综合征;④治疗食管阻塞以及食管气管瘘;⑤治疗呼吸道狭窄;⑥治疗尿道狭窄;⑦治疗胆道狭窄以及听骨链重建。钛镍合金在临床上的应用十分广泛,但在我国的应用还相对较少,主要原因是我国的钛镍合金植入件主要依赖进口,而且价格高昂。
Titanium-nickel alloy is widely used in clinical such as orthopedics and dentistry because of good biocom- patibility. While this paper summarizes some special clinical applications in several aspects： ①cardiovascular stents, ②intracranial vascular stenosis, ③inferior vena cava, ④esophagus, ⑤respiratory tract, ⑥urinary tract,⑦biliary tract and ear diseases. Clinical application of titanium-nickel alloy is very extensive but relatively less in China because of its dependence on import and high price.
