摘要
针对均速管流量计输出静压小的问题,利用Fluent软件分析均速管取压孔倒角的角度和深度对输出静压的影响。结果表明:倒角角度一定时,输出静压随倒角深度增大而增大,倒角深度等于壁厚时输出静压最大。倒角深度一定时,输出静压随倒角角度先增大后减小,倒角角度为30°时输出静压最大;试验验证了以上数值分析结论的正确性。
Analysis of influence on output static pressure exerted by chamfer angle and depth,which are major parameters of the pressure tap in averaging Pitot tube,is carried out based on fluent software according to the problem of small output static pres-sure served by averaging pitot tube flowmeter.The analysis results:when chamfer angle is a constant,there is a positive correlation between output static pressure and chamfer depth,and output static pressure peaks when chamfer depth equals the wall thickness;when chamfer depth is a constant,the correlation between output static pressure and chamfer angle is positive at first and then turns negative,offering the maximum static pressure when chamfer angle is 30 degrees.Conclusion of the above analysis is verified by experiments.
