摘要
针对金属磁记忆效应中力磁耦合关系的复杂性,通过对磁记忆现象的分析,采用基于密度泛函理论的第一性原理平面波赝势法,建立了力磁耦合关系模型。该模型充分考虑了应力集中对材料磁特性的影响,在自旋极化体系下,采用广义梯度近似法计算了力与晶格常数、原子磁矩的定量变化关系,分析了磁记忆信号与应力的定量变化关系。该模型可以准确判断应力集中状态,为金属磁记忆检测机理的研究提供一种新的方法。
For the complexity of the force-magnetic coupling relationship of metal magnetic memory effects,through the analysis of magnetic memory phenomenon,the influences of stress concentration effects to the magnetic properties of materials is analyzed based on first principles density functional theory plane wave pseudo-potential method.The quantitative relationship of the force,atomic magnetic moment,and the lattice constant is calculated based on the generalized gradient approximation method under the system of spin polarization.And then the quantitative relationship between magnetic memory signal and stress is studied.A new studying method to the metal magnetic memory testing mechanism is put forward.
