摘要 为了克服目前大多数气体检测仪体积大、价格高、检测气体单一的缺点,设计了一种基于STM32的便携式矿用多气体检测仪。介绍了检测仪的工作原理,设计了以STM32F103VET6微处理器为核心的最小硬件电路、气体采集电路、温湿度采集电路、人机交互电路、SD卡存储电路、报警电路和CAN总线接口等硬件电路及系统主程序、数据采集与滤波子程序等软件设计。试验结果表明,检测仪精度高、速度快,能够为煤矿的安全生产提供可靠保障。 In order to overcome the disadvantages of the current gas detectors such as large volume,high price,single-gas inspection,the portable mineral multi-gas detector based on STM32 was designed.The paper introduced the working principle of the gas detector and the hardware circuits such as the minimum hardware circuit based on STM32F103 VET6,gas sampling circuit,temperature and humidity sampling circuit,human-computer interaction circuit,SD card storage circuit,alarm circuit,CAN bus interface circuit,and the software design such as the main program,data acquisition and filtering subprogram.The result shows that the gas detector with high precision and fast speed can provide reliable guarantee for the safe production in coal mine.
