摘要
以石油醚、乙酸乙酯、丙酮、乙醇和水5种溶剂对烟草根茎的平行提取物及顺序提取物为材料,研究其对辣椒茶黄螨的触杀毒力。试验结果表明,在不同溶剂的平行提取物及顺序提取物中,分别以乙醇提取物对辣椒茶黄螨的致死率最高,48 h校正死亡率分别为89.56%和81.77%,分别显著高于其他溶剂处理;乙醇平行提取物及顺序提取物对辣椒茶黄螨的致死中浓度分别为0.935 7和1.100 8 mg/mL,显著高于对照哒螨酮的0.133 6 mg/mL,乙醇提取物对辣椒茶黄螨的毒杀效果较哒螨酮差。
Taking petroleum ether (30℃-60℃), ethyl acetate, acetone, ethanol and water as solvent respectively, the paper studied the acaricidal activity of extracts from tobacco root and stem against Polyphago tarsonemus Latus. The results showed that, among the five solvents, ethanol parallel extract and sequential extract had highest lethallty rates against P. tarsonemus Latus respectively, and their corrected death rates were 89.56% and 81.77% in 48 hours, which were significantly higher than that of other solvents treatments respectively. The median lethal concentrations (LC 50) of ethanol parallel extract and sequential extract were 0.935 7 mg/mL and 1.100 8 mg/mL, which were significantly higher than that of control treatment pyridaben (0.133 6 mg/mL), so the ethanol extracts had worse acaricidal effect against P. tarsonemus Latus than pyridaben.
